Déclaration de l’artiste

L’intérêt de mon travail artistique est de montrer les réalités multiples de l’être humain d’une manière lyrique et poétique. La poésie et l’esthétisme de mes travaux visent à atteindre les personnes indépendamment de leur origine et de leurs différences sociales. L’art comme langage universel apparaît alors pour moi comme un moyen d’inviter à méditer philosophiquement sur la condition humaine et suggère une expérience sans cesse renouvelée. Ainsi, l’art, vecteur d’émotions et de symboles, témoin et acteur de son temps, s’offre alors à des interprétations multiples touchant au plus profondde chacun. FD

Artist Statement

In my work, I show the reality of being human in a lyrical and poetic way, in a way that reaches people regardless of background and social differences, and makes them think philosophically about the human condition.

In my installations, videos, drawings, sculptures, photography and paintings I explore themes associated with the soul, time, the human condition and our connection to the physical world. I am also interested in exploring our concept of beauty and how it shapes the creative process. FD
